Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended up to 2 weeks during sales.

We ship all orders with USPS as First Class Mail with tracking from San Diego, California. Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive. International mail takes much longer, so please be patient with USPS. 

Once the package has been delivered to USPS, it is no longer within our purview. Please refer to your tracking number page for more information. That is the only knowledge we have about your package, as well.

Please wait a full 30 business days (from the shipment date) before contacting us with your order number and full name.

Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the issue.

Please double check your mailing address is correct. If you order is still open, contact us ASAP with your order number and correct mailing address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any of the information you have inputted.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and want to make things right. Please contact us with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and photo proof. Please note due to the nature of foil application, there may be black specks in the foiling. 

When you go to enter a discount code at checkout, do you find that there is only a text box to enter gift cards? As it turns out, Shopify doesn’t allow for combining promotions with discount codes, so please make sure that your cart doesn’t contain any promotional items like % off automatic discounts, freebies, or free shipping. If you continue to run into any issues, please send us an email with a screenshot of your cart so we can best diagnose the issue.
