ENROLLMENT opens on the 1st of each month. Your first box will be charged the day you place your order, but all subsequent charges will occur on the 11th of the month.

We have a policy of a 3 month minimum subscription. That is why we offer a one-time purchase of $30 for those who are interested in trying for just 1 month. If you cancel your subscription after one month, you will be billed the difference of $6/months left (i.e. If you have 1 month left, it's a $6 fee. If you have 2 months left, it's a $12 fee.). There is no fee for cancellation after 3 months.

Processing

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended up to 2 weeks during sales.

Shipping

We ship all orders with USPS as First Class Mail with tracking from San Diego, California.

Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive. International mail takes much longer, so please be patient with the postal service.
